DAY 7: My New Name

DAY 7: My New Name

Isaiah 62:2b-4 You shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord will name. You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For the Lord delights in you, and your land shall be married.

PRAYER

Dearest Lord, I give you thanks today because your word encourages me daily.  Your word is precious to me because it declares my future and describes your plans and your purposes for my life. I thank you for all your promises to me and I hold on to them because I know you are faithful. I thank you for speaking to me in many ways and pray for the ability to hear you clearly, because I am your sheep and I know your voice.

Thank you for the new name, which you have named and have declared will be my new heritage, a heritage which you have called upon my life. You have made my name, a name of joy, a name of praise and glory, and it will be a testimony of all the good that you have done for me. I am humbled that you have shown me special favor by making me a crown of glory and a royal diadem in your hand. I declare your heritage of peace upon my future; You will lay my foundation in sapphires, in beauty and excellence. You will make my walls of precious stones, of great value and strength. Your covenant of peace upon me and my generation will never be shaken; you will teach my sons and their well-being will be great. In righteousness, I will be established and your loving kindness will never be removed from me.

You have promised me that I shall be called Hepzibah because you delight in me, and I shall be called Married because this is my heritage. I declare these upon my life and lay hold of all these promises. I do not doubt your plans for my future any longer, I do not doubt the timing in which things happen, I only trust in you that you make all things beautiful in your time and you will work all things together for my good.

I no longer speak words of discouragement or doubt about my future. Again, I declare on my life and my future, I am Hepzibah because God delights in me and Beulah because I will be married according to Gods plan for my life. I lay the foundation of my marriage according to your word and declare it will be established in your righteousness.

In Jesus Name.
Amen.
