Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
PRAYER
Father, I thank you for your thoughts towards me are thoughts of good and not of evil to give me a future and a hope. I thank you for your love for me in sending your son Jesus to die for me so that I would be saved and my life would be renewed in you. I thank you for old things are past away and I am a new creature in Christ.
As I wait on the fulfillment of your promises and my husband, I pray, Lord, that I will rely solely on your direction and will not carry any unnecessary baggage, emotional or otherwise from any past experiences. I break every stronghold that ties me to the past and pray that by your grace, all hurts, pain, rejection and scars will be firmly left behind. I believe in my heart that you are doing a new thing in my life, and therefore I will not allow anything from my past to affect or determine the blessed and wonderful future you have set out for me.
Holy Spirit, by your power, I forget the former things and put aside every worry and concern about my future and rest in the knowledge that you are there and know the beginning from the end. I thank you for my beginning; you knew me from the foundation of my life. I thank you for my past, which has prepared me for what great things you have in store for me. I especially thank you for the new thing you are doing now and I claim all the rich and wonderful promises you have made about my future.
I thank you for making a way in every wilderness in my life and rivers in every desert in my life. I decree fruitfulness where there was previously barrenness; I decree faith where I felt hopeless; I decree light where there was darkness. I decree that every darkness in my life receives your word, which brings light that the darkness can never comprehend. I thank you for your Word, for the very entrance of your Word brings illumination and understanding to the simple. I pray that my eyes of understanding will be enlightened to perceive and to know this new thing you are doing. I will recognised it and I will not miss any opportunity you set before me, because your glory is upon me and your Holy Spirit will guide me into all truth.
I declare the special blessing you proclaimed on Adam where you said “Be fruitful and multiply and have dominion over the earth..” I decree your blessing of dominion, abundance, fruitfulness and enlargement upon my life, future, and marriage. I bless you for my future is bright and I can see it!
