1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
PRAYER
Bless the Lord, o my soul, and all that is within me bless His holy name.
Lord, I bless you at all times, and I declare your praise will continually be in my mouth. I thank you for your perfect love that casts out all fear. By your Spirit, I embrace your love and I abandon all fear of the future, fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of loss, fear of abandonment, fear of the unknown, and especially the fear of unrealised expectations. I thank you for delivering me from all my fears; I will look to you and be radiant because you will never leave me nor forsake me. Your plan for me is good and my expected end is abundant blessing and favour, and so, I boldly proclaim, You are my helper, my strength and my fortress, I will not fear! What can man do to me?
I am assured that Christ in me is the hope of all glory; therefore, I cast down every negative thought about my life and future. I come against every spirit that wants to raise itself above the name of Christ in my life and I declare God’s favour on my life and marriage. I speak to my spirit; I have been given the spirit of power, of love and of a sound mind and I am strong and courageous. The Lord upholds me with his righteous right hand, I will no longer allow the spirit of fear to weight down heavily upon me. I will only declare God’s word of faith about every situation that concerns me.
I speak against any fear in my future mate. I pray you will work in him to become a man of faith, who delights in your word and steadfastly seeks your will. I declare he will be a man of strength, fearing nothing; he will be a loving, kind-hearted man, with only the fear and reverence of God. I declare your covenant upon him that you will store up your goodness for him; his generation will be blessed; and wealth and riches will remain in his house.
I declare our life and marriage will be a testimony of your abiding love. We will live without fear or bondage, but we will be abundantly filled with your perfect agape love. By your strength, we will be strong and courageous in all things; only fearing you, because your word says your secret is revealed to those who fear you. You will make known your covenant to us, instruct us in the way to choose, and our souls will abide in prosperity.
I declare we will know a permanent and perfect love that grows sweeter day by day; and the bond that ties us together will be a bond of love, strong and unbreakable in you.
